Official entry into the Wisconsin record book
Official score sheets are used by our certified measurers to record the measurements of trophy whitetail deer, black bear, elk, and wolf for entry into the Wisconsin record book.
Getting Your Trophy Scored
Scoring should be completed by a certified measurer after the required drying period. To have your trophy officially measured and entered, find a measurer or contact our Records Director.
