Wayne Schumacher’s 29-point Fond du Lac County buck — a 185 5/8-inch typical frame plus 58 1/8 inches of abnormal points — is certified the new Wisconsin archery non-typical state record.

Brian Inda of Wautoma sets the Wisconsin typical archery record at 187 5/8 inches with his November 2, 2010 buck, edging the previous record by three-eighths of an inch.

Wade Brockman’s Tomah-area black bear — found in a cranberry field — is officially scored as a new Wisconsin state record.

November 2013: the Jim Baker buck from Waukesha County is panel-scored as a new Wisconsin state record non-typical archery buck.
